  About
Welcome to the Plant cis-map, which contains multiple types of regulatory elements and conservation landscape for plant species.
This site is based on the infrastructure of UCSC Genome Browser, which is developed and maintained by the Genome Bioinformatics Group, a cross-departmental team within the UC Santa Cruz Genomics Institute at the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC).
The Genome Browser project team relies on public funding to support our work. Donations are welcome. Give to the UCSC Genome Browser

1 Nov 2018 - The release of conservation landscape and regulatory landscape for 63 plant species

We are excited to release the conservation landscape and regulatory landscape for 63 plant species:

  1. A set of pairwise and multiple genome alignments for 63 plants in 7 lineages.
  2. Genome-wide conserved elements and conservation scores (PhastCons and PhyloP) for 63 plants.
  3. Conserved TFBS from genome comparison and functional TFBS from FunTFBS for 63 plants.

These resources are also available at the PlantRegMap download page.
